Ice schedules are emailed approximately 2 weeks prior to the start of the month to Coaches, Coordinators and Managers.
PLEASE NOTE CHANGE
PER HOCKEY CALGARY 2009-2010:
If an ice slot is not required, it must be returned to the Ice Coordinator via email 12 DAYS prior to the scheduled date (Not 8 business days as in previous years).
If ice is returned I will attempt to sell it. If it can not be sold the team will be charged.
